Eligibility for Returns
- Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
- Perishable goods (opened candy, chocolates exposed to heat) cannot be returned
- Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us via WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
